"Return dragged on with barely any updates"
I started a return thinking it would be handled quickly, but it ended up taking way longer than expected. The most frustrating part was feeling like I was left in the dark the whole time, with no clear updates or idea of what was going on. Even now, the issue still doesn’t feel fully resolved

"Quick shipping, like I said"
Like I said, the shipping was fast and my order showed up right when they said it would. Everything was simple and I didn’t run into any issues. Like I said, no problems at all.

"Customer service never got back to me"
I emailed twice about my order and never got a real response. I also tried calling, but that didn’t really go anywhere either. It was annoying, actually, frustrating is probably the better word.

"Order went smooth actually"
I placed an order on impactguns.com and it actually went smoothly overall. Shipping took a bit longer than I was hoping, but they did send updates along the way, and the item showed up in good shape. The whole fulfillment process was straightforward. Not perfect, actually, but I’d probably use them again if the price was right.

"Inventory info could be better"
I thought the item was in stock because that’s what the site showed, but after I placed the order I found out it actually wasn’t available. Customer service did get back to me, though it took a little longer than I would’ve liked. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but accurate stock info feels like a basic thing to get right. I’d probably double check before ordering again.
